From the offer to the Final Settlement
Once you have accepted an offer; it is now time to make sure all inspections, contingencies and the appraisal, are all ordered according to the agreement.
Results of all inspections will be discussed in detail.. we will review the findings together. Title search, deed preparation and tax propagation will all be handled by a reputable title company of the Buyers choice, you will be made aware of the date, time and location of the final closing.
It will be necessary to review 10 days before final closing all the documentation, estimate of loan payoff, taxes due, and final readings for all utilities Your closing will be made as smooth as possible!!!!
