From the Offer to the Final Settlement
Once your offer has been accepted, it is time to address all inspections and repairs that man have been required in the aggreement of sale. As your Realtor, I will insure all terms have been met and that all necessary inspections, certifications and a title search have been completed prior to settlement.
I, the Realtor, will inform you of the date of closing and inform you of the necessary funds to complete the settlement, review the title search, make sure you secure proper homeowner's insurance, arrange all utilities to begin in your name and review the mortgage documents with you at the settlement table.
