Finding a Home
When looking for a home there are a few things that can help you along with the process. It is a good idea to take the time to make a list of priorities in the property you desire. Making a list to determine what your wants and needs are and being able to prioritize them can make the process smoother for you when viewing homes. Your agent will be better able to set appointments for homes that match your criteria as opposed to wasting time on the ones that don't.
Once you have found a home that you are interested in, it is then time to proceed with making an offer. Being Pre-Approved solidifies you as a serious buyer when making an offer through an "Agreement of Sale".
